Our Panhandle Place, located near San Franciscos beautiful Golden Gate Park offers  modern convenience and Victorian charm.  The apartment is in the always dynamic Haight Ashbury with its numerous shopping and dining options.  There are several options for public transportation within a two block walk of the property. As you enter the apartment in the back of the building, you will see a split bathroom.  As you continue down the hallway, there is a bedroom with a Queen sized bed.  The bedroom opens into a living room that looks upon the garden.  Next to the living room is a dining/lounging area.  The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area.  There is a laundry porch with washer and dryer.

Confirmed reservations canceled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to $100 processing fee. Any additional funds will be returned. Confirmed reservations canceled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge and deposit; unless the unit can be re-rented. Confirmed reservations over 27 nights are subject to 100% forfeiture of the deposit, when canceled at any time. Please note that we manage all refunds via Paypal for any reservation not booked through Casa Buena Vista Rentals directly.
