For bookings made < 30 days before move-in date, the cancellation fee is $250.
For bookings made > 30 days before move-in date, the guest will receive back 90% of whatever rent the host earns during the booking period.  The host will work to fill the vacancy. If there is no booking during the original rental period, the guest will not receive any refund.
