Listing with Local Bigwig is quick and easy. We operate on a pay-for-performance model, so there is no upfront investment to list with us. Your furnished, unshared properties will get global visibility, lead generation, and marketing traction instantly. We charge our 5% fee on the total rental amount only when we are able to deliver a booking to you that you accept.

Get inquires directly to you

Guests contact you through our website and you will get an email notification. Make sure to confirm details with guests including availabilities and amenities.

Get bookings and receive payment

Booking requests come to you with guests'f payment information already entered. After you review details of the booking request and accept it, the booking is made and we forward the payment to you.

Payment Process

Guest and Host contact each other and confirm details of the home rental.

By clicking on the Book It button, guests can easily and securely send a booking request and payment using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) or PayPal.

The host needs to accept your booking request for the booking to be made. We will then forward the payment to the host.

Fees

It's completely free to sign up and list all of your properties. Local Bigwig takes a 5% fee of the total rental amount only after a host accepts a booking. A 3% payment processing fee is a responsibility of hosts. Contact us for more info.
